HELPING HANDS TO CHANGE LIVES SOBER LIVING

Helping Hands To Change Lives is a sober living recovery house which focuses on providing a supportive environment for women in recovery, helping them heal and rebuild their lives and create more structure for themselves. We assist women who are seeking to overcome alcoholism, substance abuse, domestic violence and other addictions and move forward in their lives in a positive and creative direction.

We take pride with assisting our residents to regain self empowerment, improve their physical and emotional health, implement positive change in their lives, maintain their sobriety, and return to society as productive members.

Women’s Empowerment

Here at Helping Hands To Change Lives we provide a healthy safe space for women to connect and rebuild. We offer emotional support, practical advice, and a sense of community, which can lead to increase self confidence, self-esteem, and overall well being.

Our Women’s recovery house offers numerous benefits for individuals in recovery, not only a safe space but a supportive environment, access to peer support, and the opportunity to develop essential life skills.

We provide a structured, substance-free environment and reducing exposure to triggers. Additionally, our residents can foster a sense of community, empower women to regain independence, and provide access to resources and services that support their recovery journey.

Donations to our women’s recovery house are crucial for us to provide essential services and support to individuals in their recovery. These services include residential housing, programs, and access to basic needs like transportation, food, hygiene items, clothing and other needs. Donations ensure that individuals have a stable and supportive environment to focus on their recovery journey.

Donations will help eliminate financial barriers to accessing treatment, providing housing and allowing individuals to focus solely on their recovery without worrying about affordability. By providing access to resources and support, it will empower women to develop life skills, find employment and create a fulfilling future for themselves and their family.

We can expand our programs to meet the growing needs of the community. It will help cover the cost such as building, maintenance, administrative expenses and transportation ensuring the continued operation of our recovery house.

With the support from hhtocl, we have been able to create a healthier life with the support I always needed.’’
